Inside Sales Manager (Fresher)

- Lead Generation & Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads through various channels, including web, email, phone, and social media.
- Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our courses and offerings to prospective students.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Log and track interactions with prospects and update status in the company’s CRM.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest courses, offerings, and industry trends to provide accurate information to prospects.
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the leadership team.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects and students to improve the sales process and product offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and course creation teams to optimize sales strategies and align on promotional efforts.
- Continuous Learning: Take advantage of internal training sessions and be willing to learn about the evolving IT landscape to ensure effective communication with potential customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales will be an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills to understand sales metrics and interpret data for decision-making.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
